Ghost Cookies Shipping Policy

All of our cookies are baked fresh to order in small batches. To ensure quality and consistency, we bake primarily on weekends and ship orders at the start of the business week (Monday–Tuesday). This helps your cookies arrive as fresh as possible while avoiding weekend shipping delays.

 

Order Processing & Shipping

• Orders placed during the week will be baked over the weekend.
• Shipments go out on Monday or Tuesday (excluding holidays).
• You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

 

Delivery Time

• Standard shipping typically takes 2–4 business days, depending on the carrier and your location.
• We currently ship within the United States only.

 

Warm Weather Notice

During hot months, we take extra care in packaging, but please note that some items may soften during transit.

 

Local Pickup
