Ghost Cookies Return & Refund Policy

At Ghost Cookies, every batch is baked fresh and made to order. Because our cookies are perishable food items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at ghostcookies305@gmail.com. We’ll gladly review the issue and may offer one of the following:

  • A replacement order
  • A store credit for the value of the affected items

Please include photos of the product and packaging so we can make it right.

 

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers (USPS, UPS, etc.) once your order has left our kitchen. However, if your package is lost or severely delayed, please reach out and we’ll do our best to assist.

 

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase as long as they haven’t entered the baking/packaging stage. After that, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
